The plot is located on the intersection of Hendrik Consiencestraat and Frans Nensstraat in Leuven, Belgium.

The assignment was to design a single family house with space for a profession like architect, lawyer, ... or for any self-employed purposes. The challenge of this plot lies in its location in the city, the fact that it is situated on the corner of the street, the old big tree and its immediate surroundings of '60 architecture.

This design was made in the first year of my studies in Civil Engineering and Architecture at the K.U. Leuven in 2010. It was an individual design where we worked from the conceptual phase to the detailing phase.

This design was kept by the university to use for expositions like the welcoming exposition of the next year and the yearly exposition in the university library.
